I started The Phenom because my dream to empower a lot of persons has been my passion and motivation. I love to see people who not only work for their money but know how to channel their wealth into credible and profitable investments.  At first, my sole aim was to get extra income for myself and to offset most of the side hustles I had going on, but now, my driving force are my mentees and lives I am yet to touch. I want to raise leaders who have outstanding abilities to create and manage wealth that will bring about great economic impact in their individual lives and the society at large.

MY STORY OF GETTING OUT OF FINANCIAL DISTRESSI studied Medicine and Surgery in the prestigious University of Nigeria, Nsukka.  After my Medical school, I passed my primaries in Obstetrics and Gynecology in both National and West African colleges at first sitting then, started residency at Garki Hospital in Abuja. My salary was not enough to fend for myself and my family. I had to take on 3 private practice jobs to increase my income capacity. I was completely overwhelmed, stressed and unsuccessful in managing my finances.

It felt like I was working round the clock and still underachieving. It felt like I was only working to pay rent, utilities and pay back debt. I had no retirement plan, no investments, and no savings! That was when I knew I needed to do something fast. I didn’t want to live my old age in regrets.

I got a grand opportunity in 2017. A 2-4 years plan and journey to financial freedom. I resigned from my medical practice a year after, which was 3 months to my part one exam to focus on my business full time. I saw the possibilities of finally becoming financially free and to become the philanthropist I have always wanted to be. The decision was scary and kept me up at night because at that time, there were no success stories like mine to look up to.

Today, that singular decision has changed my life for the better. Within five years of actively serving and mentoring, I have raised over 200 multi-millionaires. I am an elite global ambassador, awarded global leader of the years 2021 and 2022, I have raised many millionaire mentors and elite global ambassadors. I am one of the 8 prestigious G8 leaders of the C21FG , and the mastermind of the STAR NATION with over 200,000 partners and mentees worldwide.

I can boldly say I have reached the peak of my career and have everything it takes to be your business coach and financial strategist because I have been where you are. I have been a young professional earning less than I spend. I have been saddled with loans and debts. I have had business ideas unfulfilled because I did not have the wherewithal to push it at the time. I have wondered when I would finally achieve all the dreams I had as a young boy.

A lot of young adults are in financial crisis at such a young age of 25-30; there are no jobs available for graduates with ambitions; Older adults live lives full of regret because they failed to take decisions that would have bettered their lives; poverty have stolen the dreams of many.
